In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious and Most Merciful,

This is a quick post from me (since this was suppose to be a very busy week but i manage to put up 3 post including this one…hehehe..ape nk jd kd ni?) But it’s ok because He knows what’s best.^_^V

During Russian Class today, a friend of mine said to the whole class, “Hey u guys didn’t wish us for Christmas. How could u?” She was laughing when she said it. I was stunned a bit. My heart was flooded with thoughts ‘Alamak, wut to say ni? Is not that I didn’t remember what this day was but is just that I don’t celebrate it. Nak wish boleh ke? Cmna ni? Cmna ni?’ So, I just sat there and smiling saying ‘Oh yeah, congratulations.’ Luckily some of my friends came out with an idea saying that we were all busy thinking about the credit test. Is not that we didn’t want to wish, we were going to wish.

I couldn’t stop thinking about my action this morning. Was it the right words to say or was I suppose shut my mouth or just ignores or wut? Seriously I don’t know how to react when people ask to wish their celebration (by celebration i mean the one that i don’t and cannot celebrate). Because I don’t really know what to say.

Some people say can wish and some say cannot (for example the messages that I received from ym). @_@ (Kdg 2org yg forward dia main forward je message without knowing whether is true or false.. I rarely forward message that were given to me through ym…karang xpasal dpt saham menyebarkan benda yg xbenar. My advice is do check the messages whether it is true or not.)

So, I went walking around the net and Alhamdulillah, God knows what I was searching for. He led me to this webpage where there q’s and a’s about the celebration.Alhamdulillah again He had me thinking of how beautiful and gentle islam is. ^_^ Alhamdulillah.

The post was titled “Congratulating Non-Muslim on Their Festive Occasion”. It helps me to understand more about what I should do. Hope it will help u to understand better as it has helped me.
